Terms of Service & Platform Rules

Welcome to SenaSmart Solutions. By accessing our platform via senasmartsolutions.com or using our mobile QR workbook synchronization, you agree to bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Registration & Role Conduct

  • Users must register with accurate profile details and select their appropriate role (Student, Parent, Teacher, School, Seller, Designer, Artisan).
  • Teacher and Seller accounts require platform approval before listing commercial courses or marketplace products.

2. E-Learning & Subscription Fees

Access to course audiobooks, QR sync modules, and AI Tutor capabilities requires an active subscription or course enrollment. All fees are priced in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are non-refundable once content is accessed.

3. Marketplace & Tailoring Services

SenaSmart facilitates contracts between Designers/Clients and Tailors. Quality standards and turnaround times outlined in job posts must be respected. Platform transaction fees are automatically calculated per job contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All course audiobooks, animation assets, workbook materials, and AI engine outputs are protected under copyright law and remain the property of SenaSmart Solutions.
